Doing pelvic floor exercises is really easy. You simply have to squeeze the muscles that you’ll use to hold pee in. Hold the contraction for 10 to 15 seconds, release and repeat.

As you get better, you can increase the duration of the contraction and the number of repetitions that you do.

Finally, remember to have sex often and to enjoy intimacy. Having sex is also essential for being healthy, feeling good and making sure that your reproductive tract is functioning properly.
